How long do you think it will be until the really great wines will be box wines too? It is clearly superior. People eventually got over the prestige loss of having no more Styrofoam box with a Big Mac...I wonder how long until folks will be ok not having wine bottles and worse no corks?

I am kind of a snob and I cook quite a bit with wines with caps on them (like lambrusco) and cheaper marsalas and the like as well. Doooo eeeeeet!

But when I make a bourbon sauce I never mess around with cheap crap. Just sayin'

I don't like feeling sick, but getting drunk is fun!

As I get older the hangover/sick part gets less and less worth it though. I can't recover like I used to.

fwiw I got really tired of it all of a sudden once when I drank 750ml of vodka in one night when I was 22 or so.

i drank a handle of evan williams when i was 19 in a day, i wieghed like 145 pounds at the time
