I still dont understand how 40 years off the standard means we will be fine without it. 40 years is a drop in the bucket, its nothing, an experiment at best.

March $16.771 trillion
But we just had a historic revenue high in April, which is always the peak month due to income tax payments on Apr. 15.

My point is that the budget is not going to stay balanced.

Lost money, so was going through this thread to make myself feel better. Particularly looking at the posts near the top...

I think this might have been the funnies post I have ever seen.

i did my best trying to warn everyone of the imminent collapse of the price. sadly, most of the participants would not listen to my advice.

$1179.4 Aug Gold Futures low from Friday says hello to you $1900+ bulls. Decent oversold bounce to 1250 from there, but I wanted to remind you all of my cautionary warnings in the summer of 2011.

I found this article on gold possibly being a source for alternative energy interesting.

We see this kind of story once a year or so... Scientists discover some element can be transmogrified or something into a process that creates something something a quadrillion times the speed of light something something.

Sounds tremendous for 2213 when it's actually ready... Gotta get there first.

What is a "Nature Law" anyway? Whoever wrote that clearly ha no idea what they're talking about.
