i've exhausted a lot of resources but I almost always have it predetermined. Like I said in the regs thread I usually choose my "Giver" and they will bear the beats for some period of time. When the Giver is on I usually default to the person I think is running the worst.

Lol

Hey, I briefly skimmed this and the other thread. Ive never needed much sleep. My schedule for the past 2 years has been somewhat similar. Full time job, grad school live poker and taking care of an ailing grandma.

How much caffeine do you drink every day? Because I'm like a 4 times a day triple Americano guy at coffee bean

Right now I drink two cups of coffee each day, which probably equates to 3 mugs or so. After that I usually have 1-3 green teas (single bag). That's pretty standard for me. When I was playing poker I was drinking the same thing, with probably another coffee in the AM and then either a redbull or a 5 hour energy before my session at night.

On the weekends I would usually do a 5 hour energy or redbull to start and usually two of them if my session went over 8 hours which was pretty common. It definitely wasn't very healthy but not the worst thing I could do to myself either.
