if bb is a big enough fish that we're considering not 3b because we'll want him in the pot so bad we should just 3b bc he'll call anyway

Yea i guess im more or less undecided as my default play... I guess it kinda depends more on who the opener is (depth, style, etc) and how bad the bb is for me. Some interesting discussion tho.

I would 3bet with a polarized range with lots of junks, i think you will have lot of FE because 1) OR's opening range is quite wide
2) you would flat decent holdings like broadways, mid/high suited connectors to play postflop with the fish

So yeah i would call with a wide value range like KTs+, KJ+, JTs, QJ, 76s+,Axs, A8o-AJo,J9s, T8s and 3bet hands like AQ+,TT+ and lots of craps and blockers like A3o
