Playing the BB and SB, No limit

Hello friends
How do u minimize the losses on SB and BB? Thats the big question i would like to discuss. I have no problem winning money on the BTN,CO,MP,EP
My last 30k hands:
BTN:6k$ profit
CO:4k$ profit
MP:1k profit
EP:2k$ profit
BB:6.5k$ down 44.88bb/100 -
SB:1.5k$ down 4.58bb/100 -
How the **** do you play BB/SB? How much VP? 3Bet? At the moment im 25.8VP on BB, 28.9VP on SB. This is 6max No limit holdem

-45bb/100 out of the bb is not that bad. It is improvable though (~-35 is pretty good, but your sample is a little small too). The SB number makes no sense.
You might want to ask 6max players for exact stats in 6max games.
