it seems to me the DOJ should not be asking for a buyer to pay all players withing 90 days. I think you could get a lot more buyers if they gave them a year or two. Right now, Stars is really the only entity that would even consider paying $300+mil for FT because they owe all this other negotiable money to the DOJ anyway.

Agree. That particular DoJ demand seems to be working against the folks that they are purportedly looking out for. I suppose they sit around in their meetings and laugh about it.
