If you're one of those balance-nits you might want to construct a flat calling range. Personally I don't think it's necessary. But if that's something you care about, you might want to keep AA for that purpose.
Probably not. I don't see how you could get to this spot with those hands. In a button straddled hand I usually dump these pre-flop from the blinds. And if you did play those hands, hopefully you wouldn't lead the flop.

I'd probably check flop if I had the Kh. That would block draws we would be targeting for value and it strengthens the range of any V that plays back at us. Without the Kh, I think bet/fold is the right line.
Bet/fold is almost always the right line.
