As for 4bet+, I would just focus on doing it for value, esp since you just moved up and are figuring things out. It's prob better to minimize excessive preflop confrontation vs good opponents. Also in my experience people don't really 4bet light very often at 5/10; your first impression is prob a little off or you happened to have played in an unusually tough game. 4bet for value and, when you have more experience, based on player specific history and tendencies. usually i find out how strong vs 3bet range is when i 4b light into AA (always)
