Played this hand the other night, and ran into some trouble that I'll explain below.

Table: Standard weak/passive 1/2 table, maybe 1am on a saturday night at a major florida casino. My image is young and TAGgy, if I have one at all. Effective stack size is about $210

Action folds to Hero in HJ with QJo, raises to $15 (a bit aggressive raise size, average for the table is 10-12). Folds to SB who calls, BB calls.
SB: old, belligerent, passive donk. No problem calling if he has a nice piece, but also very clearly has his entire paycheck on the table right now.
BB: Young, very tight, straightforward.
Flop is Td8d4c
SB and BB check, Hero bets $25, SB and BB both call
Turn is As
SB and BB check, Hero ????

Analysis:
Preflop I think this is totally standard, no questions here.
Flop, I'm not one to think Cbetting in a 1/2 live game does much good multi-way, but I felt good here with 2 overs, a gutshot, initiative and position vs 2 players capable of folding. I think this is pretty good and I like my sizing too.
Turn is where I have trouble. The pot is about $120, effective stack sizes are about $180 or so. I think betting here is definitely the right play with now 8 cards to a straight (discounted for the flush draws that hit, though). The A is the best scare card, my range has a ton of Ax hands. And villains are less likely to continue 2 streets with the naked diamond draw.

Very curious on everyone's thoughts, but ESPECIALLY the turn (and river) bet sizing. And, what is our plan for the river!?

My first thought would be to bet/fold $60 on turn, and shove river if we hit or give up if we don't. Whether that's good or not? Not sure...

Both villains in the blinds should have tight calling ranges.

You pretty much have to c-bet the flop because it does not necessarily smack their ranges. Getting two calls is interesting. They should be heavy with pocket pairs, ace highs hands and high suited connectors.

Now you are in a pickle because of stack to pot ratios. I may be in favor of checking this turn. Do you have a in your hand?

No diamond.

What's the issue with SPR? If I hit, I have no problem getting it in, and if I miss, I have no problem folding. We're also already on the turn and SPR is flop only if I understand correctly.

Betting the turn as a dog is no fun.

With the $ behind you are not getting a better hand to fold here against these villains.

Take the free card and hope to hit?
