The best pros three bet jack ten out of position and squeeze out the obvious fish who limped under the gun because they knew you were isolating him (and then their brains stopped working) and then they flop perfect, turn perfect, and river perfect to get unstuck. Solid tags are the best.

Your particular hand is rubbish though and you should four bet it pre flop.

Given stack sizes i think I'm better off flatting and playing in position vs what I expect to be a wide-ish range (bc as you point out I do look like I'm isoing)

Think there's much better hands in my range to turn into a bluff and 4b with, basically anything with an ace
