yeah - the post i was responding to was (i believe) asking more generally/theoretically, not just for this hand. if not, my mistake.
you are correct to point out that when card removal effects are important, our ability to pick good bluffs can play a role in choosing a bet size. just to be clear, if we are limiting our range to hands that have the Ah and we run out of AhXx bluffs, it doesnt matter if we choose a size larger than the indifference point (forcing him to fold 100%) as we capture the same 100% of the pot. the important distinction is that in a toy game scenario where we have stipulated that villain cant have the nuts, we would just keep adding our worst hands as bluffs, but here if we are adding bluffs that dont block the nuts (ie KhXx) and betting some very large size, villain by just defending with the nuts vs our KhXx bluffs can make those bluffs unprofitable. depending on how important card removal is, we might be able to add some of these bluffs at a smaller bet size.
