Lol at people saying 3b preflop is bad.

As played I think I like a check turn and bet big on all rivers. Think he will view it as u giving up on the turn then trying to buy it on the river

Throwing 1-2 of these light 3-bets per session is so profitable at these stakes. People automaticly assume you have top 5 and call and fold to small c-bets when they miss and play fairly straightforward when they don't. Sometimes also helps to get ppl to stack off to you with jj-qq.

Bet $130 again ( yes I'm serious ). Then shove river obv. He won't be able to fold on the turn to the same size bet. Then on the river when he's already put in most of his stack and you shove hopefully he finds a hero call.

Bet 180 if you're young and aggro looking, otherwise bet 275 and if you're good at giving off weak vibes this would be the time

"How to extract the rest of the money"

While stacking villain is obviously the best outcome, we gotta remember that we need to maximize our winnings and sometimes that means not getting all-in by the river. I think the maximum amount we're going to get out of villain is going to be betting something like $160 on the turn and $200-$250 on the river. While the idea of betting bigger on the turn to set-up a more comfortable river shove is uber-tempting, we gotta consider the fact that if we lose villain on the turn by betting too much we are gonna lose out on a ton of value.

So if you REALLY think that villain is pretty skeptical about his hand and considering folding, smaller turn and river bets might actually be higher EV. Just food for thought.

+1 Good post, however I still think 180 is generally gonna be the best bet size to make him think you might be bluffing

I like your flop line, on the turn we need to bet probably about ~$230 right here, A) we're making the draw pay and B) we might even be able to induce a ship from 99, 77 (lol just saw this was mentioned so +1 for OP) but yeah def bet, checking turn is turrrrble esp if villain has A10 soo much value lost

in principal i get this thought process, but by adhering to this idea, how are we ever making draws pay? it feels like with this strat we're throwing value out the window i mean if hes paying $160 with no real thought whatsoever, why wouldnt he pay $200 or even $190??

Our primary goal should be choosing the bet size that looks the most likely to be a bluff in villain's eyes.
