5/10nl I got my flop, now what?

Villian in SB is a solid reg, and a good hand reader. Villian in MP is a successful online tourney player. $2500 eff. I have Ad 10d in in the CO.

MP raises to 35, I 3-bet to 110 in the CO, and SB calls.
Flop (340)
2d 3d 10h

SB leads for 140, MP raises to 300.

Hero?

Re: 5/10nl I got my flop, now what?

id prob fold - even the sb is strong leading in a 3bet pot....think pre is more interesting - Id be inclined to 3bet AT vs guys who flat with worse and only 4b nuts, but tourny guys tend to get into preflop wars way too light.....

Sb's hands looks like JJ-QQ and mp's hand looks alot like the same JJ-QQ. Im torn between 3betting the flop and just flatting here. Mp could have a small set here and that's the only hand im worried about getting it in with on the flop. But either way you have a ton of equity and can't just fold here. I probably 3bet/call jam turn if they call and try to get it in with a hand like 54dd...

Re: 5/10nl I got my flop, now what?

think flat is best to keep in SB and maybe some worse diamonds vs the other guy......I mean we raise here we really define our hand as being like KK+, and I doubt either one is getting in just bare fd's....

Re: 5/10nl I got my flop, now what?

Seems like a pretty easy raise considering how at least one of them likely has the JJ/QQ type hand that we want to exercise fold equity against. Seems doubtful we'll stack someone with the nut flush too often since a.) we only make diamonds a third of the time, possibly less if someone else has diamonds too and b.) they only have a hand that'll call off or a hand that needs to bluff it off against us a small percentage of the time. So considering how low our implied odds are, semi-bluffing out a better pair seems like the best plan.

I think it would be a call for me - first V may well have a small set. OR looks like an overpair but not a big one. If it was head up I might be willing to stack off, but not sure this is the right spot for that.

Re: 5/10nl I got my flop, now what?

Board: Th 2d 3d
Dead:

equity win tie pots won pots tied
Hand 0: 38.073% 38.02% 00.05% 220763 297.00 { AdTd }
Hand 1: 31.159% 30.62% 00.54% 177793 3126.50 { TT+, 33-22, KdQd, QdJd, 54s }
Hand 2: 30.768% 30.28% 00.49% 175820 2829.50 { QQ-TT, 33-22, KdQd, QdJd, 5d4d }

You could even add in a few more combos of straight/flush draws that we're crushing and we have even more equity.
Easy 3 bet... Any possible fold equity is just a plus...

Flatting is fine IMO. If a guy is value raising, he is not folding.

Re: 5/10nl I got my flop, now what?

^^ I tend to disagree. Especially in this scenario. Villain that is raising is noted as "successful online tourney player". He may overvalue TP/OP's and his raise sizing looks like one of these types of hands. How much pressure can he really take here with JJ or QQ 250bb's deep. Now if he was noted as a super fish that can't fold TP than sure flatting>3betting. But he is a "successful online tourney player" and def should be capable of making decent lay downs.

that's definitely one way to play it - gamble for stacks. I don't think OP is likely ahead on the flop, or likely to have much fold equity against both hands, but he does have the nut draw. My first choice would be to call, as I said.

Of course I'm not always consistent - the other night I jammed in the same "in between" position with what I hoped was a 12 out draw where it turned out I was behind one hand and my flush draw was counterfeited in the other, but still managed to win it. But a fairly high variance option.

Of course if you just call you may still find yourself looking at an all in situation since you are not closing the action. But if SB shoves (as he likely will if he does have more than a one pair hand) you probably will have the pot odds to draw
