OP you should probably give more details as to reads - how has the table been playing, any hands that you or villain have shown down or played recently?
I think it's 8-handed and you opened UTG+1?
As a default against this player type I think calling down is losing money. You will see higher sets too often and there are no two-pair hands in his range (a TAG isn't calling J9s from the SB against a EP open).
contrary to most of the responses here, if you consider the line in the hand so far if OP flats turn his range is much more draw heavy and villain's range is much more made hand heavy. I don't really expect villains to be 3balling turns OOP this deep with any kind of combo draw since they hate life when they get 4bet, they are either airballing (rare) or have a very strong made hand.
call/call is only viable if:
(1) villain is airballing and will bluff
(2) villain is drawing and will bluff bricks
but most TAG villains are never really bluffing river once hero flats the turn in this size of a pot, so I think call/call is just losing money since you essentially beat no value hands. I don't give him too much credit for being creative (especially in a FR game) unless you have other reads.
Shipping is only viable if villain's range is very draw heavy (and won't bluff rivers when he bricks) since you protect your equity / get value from his mega draws if he calls them off, but I think his range is very made hand heavy, nearly all of which beats hero considering positions. A lot of times when you ship you are going to hear a snap call and be drawing to one out.
So I think I'm going to be the first person to recommend folding turn. I also think hero's range after flatting is much more draw heavy than villain's so if hero wants to be a sicko he can also turn his hand into a bluff on draw-completing cards - of course this requires a read on villain.
fold turn > call turn / fold river > call turn / turn hand into a bluff on Ts and spades > call/call > ship
umm...prob make it 1.2k and call any jam from him on the river. because 590 is enough free bb's if he's folding and i anticipate him shoving a lot of rivers with a lot of different hands (can rep both flushes, straights. but i think he shoves much wider with a lower stack to pot ratio. you also rep basically nothing with your initial turn raise.
flip a coin in front of the table if he 5bets you and get sick action rest of the night.
