5/10 Regular Casino NL Holdem queries

I have KQs (Spades) in the cut off. (My stack size 1560)

I raise preflop to 70 after 1 limper in front of me.

Button Call me (Semi-Fish that overplay top pair against preflop aggressor) after thinking for awhile.

the Big blind (Fish) and The limper call me.

Flop JQ9. ( Two clubs)

Check to me, I bet 185 into 290 pot.

Button with 700 behind him, raise me $300 on top. (Pretty Committing himself)

all folded to me.

I went thru the hand that he played and he always over play top pair, but I think at this spot, the combination of top pair he is repping is like QJ two pairs, AQ and I only beat hands like QT (Pair and open-ended draws).

Hope to get a good advice.

Thank you!
