Background: Game has been going for about 3 hours. Most of the players are typical 5/10 TAG players. There are 2 that I consider good LAG/creative thinking players (beside myself). So, after losing 2 buy-ins in the first couple of hours, the villain below just goes into full blown donkey tilt. He has been doing all manner of stupid **** (raising 200 blind, straddling from anywhere, then making it 300 when it gets to him). He has been doing it for the past 4-5 hands when this hand comes up. I can tell the table is getting annoyed and someone, anyone is ready to make a stand:

Live Game - 10 handed

Villain = $2k
Hero covers.

Villain straddles under the gun to $20 (straddle gives him absolute last action). Hero in HJ has 99, raises to $65. Button and BB call. Villain makes it $400 to go. Back to me. Fold? Call? Raise?

My thoughts: I hate that I have two behind me, and since we all know that Villain is gogin to raise, it dramatically increases the chance that they are slowplaying a monster.

Stacks of btn & BB and descriptions would be nice. Also was donkey villain 3balling all these times or you're saying several limps and he makes it $300?

He had done both since leaving the realm of normalcy. As for the stacks...Hero has $3000, Button has me covered, blind has about $1000.

CIB to get hu and then pretend there is no fold button.

I think 99 may be a bit too vulnerable for a pure CIB, but I definitely like a raise.

Min raise is to 715 and we do still have 1 player 3k eff to worry about. If its slightly more it shouldn't matter but 1k tops IMO.

Ha this was my exact thought. Beat me to it.

Click/fold vs. btn and click/never fold vs everyone else obv

Btn is in a nut spot to flat premiums but we can't just auto-assume that's what's happening here

Whether btn had a hand or not is incredibly results oriented as we (with hero) are currently making a decision with btn left to act, thus his stack size certainly does matter. As we learn from OP his stack is $3K eff with us, so yea that's a smidge important.

If I were btn in described game I'd be flatting my entire value range at a pretty high frequency here.
