I don't see someone raising a dead bluff ever in a 4way pot (haven't reread the HH so im dropping the 4 figures randomly but that's a multiway) even more since you're on the BB and could have funky 2 pairs like 93 or 83, so i think c/r is best to make fold pairs that are not gonna gold to a single bet.
If you C/r or bet 3bet you re getting to get it in against top 2/sets and sometimes Axhh anyway

Check-raise is better. Once you bet and get raised, you have 0 fold equity with $500 in a 5/10 game. When you bet 30, they will go in call down mode a lot, and you will still rely on hitting your draw. Check-raise basically maximizes the amount of dead money you can possibly steal, or let's you see turn for free where you can still get value if you hit.
