How many times have you seen villain raise post-flop?? Have you seen this line before?? Does he overvalue top pair hands?? I'd like to make some sort of educated response but don't feel like stationy fish is enough to give you a credible answer....given the simplistic description (and assuming he's a loose stationy fish) this is a fold.

I think folding turn, calling to re eval river or even to blocker bet river are viable options but jamming turn is not. Why stop him from potentially bluffing/deval?

I would absolutely never check the turn. I think that would be atrocious. That said, I can't make up my mind what I would do when raised based on the info ITT. I think I would base that off of little things I would pick up from being present at the table. I think its very close.
