Need advice on all 4 streets here

Hero ~$850. Been card-dead for 90 min at table. Missed c-bet & folded one flop. C-bet then gave up on another flop. 3rd flop, I double barreled air and took the pot OTR w/ Q3o which I open raised in the CO after being silent for a while. No 3bets so far.

Villain covers. Late 30's/early 40's Asian guy. Sort of looks like a surfer/beach bum. Has been tight compared to the loose passive table and one young LAG. Opens around 1, maybe 2 hands per orbit. Has taken some pots w/out showdown, given up on others. No real post-flop reads, but guy seems like a thinking TAG so far.

V opens $20 in CO. Folds to H in SB w/ 88. Hero decided to 3bet V while he's likely at his widest, decreasing odds of playing mid-pair OOP. BB folds, V calls.

Flop $119

987

Hero leads for $65, V calls. Low sizing, I know. I figured v's range was 99-QQ, maybe KK+ with lots of A/Facecard or T and maybe other broadways, like KQ/KJ.

Turn: $249

6

H checks, V thinks for a bit and fires $225, H calls.

River $699

A

H checks. V seems confused and thinks for quite a while before quietly declaring AI ~$500.

Hero really confused and torn. If it were a lower stake game, I'd give V credit, but I'm wondering if I'm being bluffed, or maybe facing something like A9 trying to go for value. Maybe even Ax FD.
I mean, would V really want to push me out OTT if he had a straight w/ a PSB? Not sure if I'm leveling myself into a bad call, or talking myself out of a good call.

Think the hand is played fine, now I'd fold.

While the turn sizing is large, board is double suited so V may be overcharging. Tough to say over 40-45 hands, just not enough to guage if he calls a 3b with hands like ATs/JTs/T9s.

id fold. the river is suicidal after getting called for a PSB on turn and then having an A come. You played your hand like AKo and he still bets when he can check on the river.
