Yes but it's easy to set up less than pot river shove, without betting that small. Still can go less than half pot on all previous streets

Maybe it's to induce/let you improve....maybe he's just not polished...Or maybe he likes to leave lots behind to be bluffin fools on non 89TJ rivers.

Wait...we have trips...AND a flush!? In a two card game!?!? Vs. a young Asian!?!?!?! In a 3bet pot!?!?!?!?

You'd have to pry those cards from my cold dead fingers.

Well I actually tanked for a long time thinking in the back of my head "this is suppose to be a snap call" then eventually called and was shown KK.

I'm snap folding and sleeping well at night. Yes it's exploitative play but this is live poker, where 1) nobody is exploiting you and 2) exploitative play wins the most money. Yes we're close to the top of our range, he's polarized and doesn't have many value hands that beat us but this is also a bluff less than 5% of the time. No pro is trying to get you off a 9

How about commenting that you're "snap folding" in the 7 days that OP posted the thread next time, and not try acting like a poker wizard who knows everything the same day results are posted?

Everyone's a pro at poker when they know the players' hole cards.

I put myself in V s shoes:

OTF:
I stab standard decent flop for cbet

once you guys called,
as OMC can call very loose, his range can be KQ to pp or 9x
Hero overcalls: range PP to 9x

OTT:
a K is a good card for me to rep a K: but then I am WA/WB in a 3bet pot if I had KQ/AK

I can bet to rep a K, but it would be a risky move as your overcall Oop is pretty strong - you might have a 9.

so I should not bet unless I can beat an 9 (or I value cut myself with AXhh)

OTR:

with Ahx I would eventually shove because I can rep AXhh , can you laydown a 9? you are 9 heavy in your range , (9 or T high flush got same value here I guess ...

I am a pro i dont know you so it is hard to guess you can fold a 9

--> all that put together ---> vilain is value heavy OTR

BUT IN GAME : in hero s shoes I see my improbable flush, even if KK makes sense I try to believe he got Ah blocker and makes me believe he got AXhh (even if it might not have been a good move for him OTT to potential value cut vs 2 players to rep an AK...)

And I might end up calling...
I see some Merits in back raising flop here because we are 9 heavy with an overcall...

Call river. his flop sizing is pretty terrible. clearly doesnt understand why/when to cbet 25% pot. on 992r multiway definatly sub-optimal.
