You should see him when he's sitting at the table drinking a gallon of milk then brushing his teeth...at the table.

Jesus. You made the wrong decision at literally every opportunity. I'm impressed.

wow so he hollywood you into making this play? Def take a note of that.

Aside from that either raise huge pre or fold imo. Headsup is a lot easier to bluff then multiway pots.

Re: 5/10/20 live, three barrel bluff $3250 deep

So I sometimes play at Lucky Chances as well. And have seen the OP play his crazy style, although I have never played with him. He has been banned from the casino since this post over a dispute in a pot where he actually got ripped off.

Anyways he has this curly fro technique where he plays like a maniac which he picked up from a pro in Vegas. The MAIN problem I see with this is the pros in Vegas have very contrasting styles than the "pros" at Lucky Chances. Pros in Vegas seem to be very patient and sit there all day long waiting to stack off against a weak opponent holding the nuts for a lot of money. The "pros" at Lucky Chances seem to be in a rush to win big. 50% of the table comes into about 75% of the pots, and have no problem calling a large raise with very marginal to weak hands pre flop. Top pair often calls and wins a big bet on the river in this game.

Anyways my point is that this maniac technique does not fit with the Lucky Chances game. Everyone seems to call everything. In Vegas this technique is better because, from my experience the Pros in the big games are very tight.

How someone who used to be so smart could fail to realize this basic flaw for the Lucky Chances game and the maniac technique he's trying is beyond me. Speed and other drugs are probably responsible though.

This could accidentally be the sickest good value shove that gets called by worse. However, in this case I think A)you're crushed by Ax or XdXd or a slowplayed boat more often than not. I generally try to NOT bluff rich old dudes...........................................

b/c they're rich and $2k is probably like $20 to him

Isn't this the most obvious tell in the world??? Just about every time someone's suddenly seemed visibly pissed off at me in the middle of a hand, they got the nuts.

Luckys just isnt the same anymore without bored atheist around.
It still smells bad, but not quite as bad,

Yes, the table slap on the turn seems like a huge tell in retrospect. He's far too haughty and reserved to lose control of his body and start slapping things involuntarily. For this reason, I think the river shove was a mistake.

I don't really fault myself for missing the read. Trying to capitalize on physical reads in general is probably too ambitious for an autistic spaz like myself, and I consciously avoid thinking about stuff like that at the table, fearing that I'll confuse myself.

If it weren't for the tell on the turn, I'd tentatively think that I played the hand fine on all streets.
