New to the site, appreciate any feedback on below -
1/3 NL - full ring - half regs - overall tight play
Me ( UTG) stack ~250- Q10o - open to $10
Folds around to villain in BB( reg, headphones/sunglasses etc. stack ~500) raises to $35
I call ( logic - I look like a tourist( I am) and have been picking up the blinds uncontested, I have position) - Pot $70
Flop - 9,J,10 rainbow
Villain bets $40, I call - Pot $150( I put him on a premium, either AK or AA/KK/JJ. also think this could be a standard c-bet with Ax)
Turn - blank
Villain - shoves
What is the correct play here, my stack is $175, pot is $325?

I call - Pot $500
River - J
Villain shows AA

Pre is really bad IMO. Fold QTo UTG first go round. Definitely fold to the 3-bet. This reg is unlikely to be 3-betting an unknown very light and even if he is you're still probably behind.

Don't open hands like QTo in EP. If the table is super weak then you can try this occasionally but not often. Fold to the raise, having position is nice but stacks are too short to consider playing QTo to a reraise.
On the turn fold, you don't have enough equity to play against villain's likely over pair.

Grunch (means I haven't read other responses yet)
Welcome to the forums!
A few tips:
Don't post results. It can bias the responses you get. If you think the results are interesting or instructive, wait for discussion to die off (at least 24 hours, probably longer if you're getting responses) before posting them.
Us T for 10. It makes hands much easier to read (e.g. 10109 vs. TT9).
OTTH:
I wouldn't open QTo UTG. Hand doesn't have enough strength to play OOP, especially against a tight table for a small raise size. You're likely to end up missing or with a marginal hand OOP.
When BB RR to $35, you're in horrible shape. If you've been picking up the blinds uncontested and now one of the blinds RR, it's more likely he's picked up a big hand than that he's decided to play back at you.
I think the flop call is OK. He might just be cbetting, you have outs against anything he has, bet size is only around half the pot.
The turn is a fold. It's unlikely V is double barreling with something AK and your equity has shrunk with only one card to come.
