Hey everyone!

I would like to visit St. Petersburg, Russia soon and play some poker, texas hold`em. Are there anyone that can tell me something about poker and casinos in St.peters? Are there a lot of texas holdem, and what stakes and buy ins are available? Please tell me everything important, i know almost nothing so everything that you know about poker in st.peters are great!

All legal are closed (and I am not sure someone will provide you information regarding the underground ones)

Currently, no legal casinos are allowed in Russia at all except several areas (and nothing is developed so far)...

Я кстате заметил,что русские на забугорных румах хорошо играют.
Я с ними стараюсь за один стол обычно не садиться.
С иностранцами играю с ними проще они хоть иногда проигрывают.

А чем отличается ресский стиль игры в покер от нерусског?
Русские в него както поособенному играбт,чтоли.
Там помоему всё тоже тсамое.
Если только в ол ин чаще идут

This thread is awsome, anyhow, i find that most of the russians are more likely to be luckier then any other online poker player, for example, try to hide your IP under russian one, turn some of the applications off from the computer management service and start to play some of the tournaments or cashgames...see how much your game changes. Some i've tried, i was Really, pretty much suprised. (888, PS ect)

in 888 i made over 77$ but lost it because i went in to tilt...

So russians in poker...yea right.
