Serioiusly why do you ask for money if you sell a product that doesn't work?

Sounds like stealing to me.

PokerTracker 3 works just fine. The only serious deficiency I'm aware of at this point in time is that Microgaming changed their hand history format yesterday with a software update and we are working to restore Microgaming support.

Otherwise, if you would please explain what sort of problems you are experiencing I will be happy to help you get them fixed.

it's always something different last week it was postgres wasn't working this week it's hand's aren't valid. every time a site updates it goes down. I have a comp i bought at the beginning of the summer for $1500 w/o monitor and put $800 of updates in that I can't use because your program is 100% against the newest windows (vista 64 bit). i'm not amazing w/ comps but not awful it's fine if you're playing a few small cash games or w/e but when it constantly craps out on me in $500 sngs it's not even worth using. My favorite feature is if you have it set to break up stats by blind levels how it takes about 5 hands before stats transfer. Because players totally don't switch vp/pr at 25/50 to 50/100 in 6 max turbos...
Beyond that your forums are totally disorganized when you do have a problem you can get help results for something that is totally different than your problem.
My issue is I would pay more for a program that works but everytime something minor happens site update, computer update something small changes it goes right down and it's up to me to ask you a question wait for a response or take the hour to figure it out on my own.

Also your program can't handle at all big files when i'm mtting sngs stats get overlayed all the time because your program can't keep up with it. I know some will say it's the comp but this was the same w/ my gaming comp when it was used.

Just a suggestion maybe instead of putting in all these small gimic features get a program that steadily works before trying to improve it?

ps my fav is when u do housekeeping and find out the next day some sort of cache was updated and it's down again. That or how despite I housekeep 2-3 times a week I still need to autoimport 35,000 duplicate hands which takes about 45 mins before i can start up a session
I mean seriously the amount of people that have problems with this program after it's up and running and again and again is rediculous.

It kinda doesn't matter because i just bought HEM now just seriously no one should even consider buying this program. Unless you really don't need it "in game"

For the record, if you had said anything to us earlier, or created a support ticket we would have worked with you directly, via remote session if necessary to get this issue resolved and to have PT3 working properly for you. These performance problems are very rare and most likely have specific causes.

In your case, it sounds like you've likely been playing at Full Tilt Poker and PT3 has been unable to move the processed files out of your Full Tilt hand history directory. When there are 45,000 hand histories in the directory to be processed things slow down immensely. I'm confident if you closed down FTP and moved those files out of that directory to anywhere else, you would see an immense performance improvement. PT3 will automatically move the files by default (unless you changed the configuration), but for FTP the client needs to be completely closed down first as FTP locks the files and won't let us move them.

my $.02

I have had an infinite number of problems with HEM, and never one with PT. IMO PT is the faaaaaarrrrrrr superior product, no question.

it's not 1 particular issue...program worked fine till 1/2 mill hands then crapped out 24/7 I figured I needed to get a new comp to keep up w/ all the data. Fient06 who's well diverse in this product set it up for my new comp. ANd it never fully worked and that's when u guys were having tons of vista64 bit probs...so now the $2000+ comp I bought for ur program u guys couldn't run on it. So i went back to my old comp and stuff was going good for awhile and now i have tons of hands saved back up (my old comp was cleaned out after i moved and basically lost all saved hands) and now it's the same thing again...everycouple of days stuff is erroring info is coming in slower etc...I don't need you to help me w/ my prob...If i wanted to i could figure it out again using about 1/2 hour to ro hour of my time...which is less time then it takes for u guys to help me. The apparent thing is this isn't for tons of hands and i'm stuck now w/ $2000+ down the toilet because i thought it was my comp getting a lil old. I don't need help i just really think u guys should say "for 100k hands or w/e" beyond that. like i said fient06 who seems to be on ur forums helping people constantly set it up for me. The issue is your program really doesn't work. My brother uses my same reg and never has a problem and an older comp than me...the thing is ur program seems not to be built for max useage. And i'm not overly pissed about thsi problem i'm having now... i'm pissed about the 100s of problems i've had w/ it already and the fact that fixing it today means that tomorrow i have to hope it might work.

What are you talking about? PT3 does work... your just a noob and don't know how to configure it. If PT3 is not compatible with your OS then you should have done more research before you spent your hard working money.

I'd put a fair amount of money on you being the problem.

PT3 works fine with Vista 64-bit - one of our support guys uses that.
It does sound like you just have some configuration isssues, and as said above if you create a support ticket and let us help you sort things out I'm confident we can get PT3 working well for you.
