2+2 has been vital to PokerTracker's success. A lot of 2+2ers use our software, and since we already spend a lot of time here, we felt it was a good idea to have an official presence on the forum.
We see this as an extension of our own forum. We will be offering support here just like we do on our own site. If you have a question, and are more comfortable asking here, please do so.
We will also continue to monitor the Software forum here on 2+2, but we prefer that support requests for PokerTracker 3, PokerTracker 2 and PokerAce Hud go here.
