using HUD and slowdown - PokerTracker

I perchased PTR micro version and use HUD running 16 tables.. It was okay

for almost 4 months but today suddenly game speed is seriously slowed

down.. why this happen It is annoying and cannot use HUD..

I scanned virus and removed infected file but It was not the reason.

please help..

Are you seeing large numbers of duplicates when you start the auto import?

no I did not care about it. and this problem happend today..

I patched beta version yesterday, maybe is this the reason or

shoud I update cahce?

If you upgraded to the Beta version and haven't updated the cache, that would cause this sort of slowdown. It'll take a little while but once you update the cache all should be speedy again.

For this kind of update you will find Rebuild Cache much faster than Update Cache, because it will need to update everything for every player.
