I am not really into allowing people to access my computer through the remote access thing. I will try the uninstall/reinstall option again with my firewall turned off while I download it and if that doesnt work...well then I will get back to you guys. Thanks.
It is a one time accessing and you can see everything we do. Once the session is over, we cannot access your computer again in the future. (If you want more information about the software we use, it's Citrix RemoteAssist.)
