I expect this has been asked before but I cannot find a thread. I am using PT3 with Pokerstars and am experiencing a problem with Tournament results. I am aware that they have to be manually entered through the Tournaments, Enter Results tab. When i do this there are no tournaments available to enter the results for. The tournaments have imported because they are in my profile with all the correct info except the result is showing finished 0. How do I input the result if the tournament is not availablke to enter the result in.

Do you have the 'only tournaments needing results' option enabled?
If you uncheck that do you see your tournaments?

Are you importing the tournament summaries from the emails?

Originally had the only tournies needing results ticked, but unticked it and the results still did not come up. I will enter the results manually myself, not through e-mail.

Please report your problem with log files and screenshots so that we can investigate.

I'm having the same problem -- HeLP!! When I open the menu to enter tournament results, it seems like it wants to populate the field with the tournaments -- but nothing is entered -- everything else appears to work fine but this is frustrating - i've 263 tourneys to enter manually and i don't want to get so far behind in my record-keeping.

Also, is there a way to get the program to grab the tournament summaries along with the HH's??

If you play at PokerStars, take a look at this script which should do what you want.

Do you have the "Only Tournaments Needing Results" checkbox checked? Try unchecking it and see if your tournaments appear.
