i was using micro for a couple months and built my bankroll and i am now playing NL50. i played a 3-4k hands over the last two days and i got money transferred to my bank account to upgrade. i purchased the upgrade, but the logs of those hands are no where to be found. because they weren't able to be uploaded due to the restriction, were they just thrown away?
I think they will have been moved to the PokerTracker 3\Processed folder along with the rest of your HH files so you should be able to import them from there.
Do you have a different processed directory set on your Auto Import Preferences tab? If so, take a look there; that's the only place PT3 moves your hands to.
that's what its set to, but they're not there. while playing they said "cannot upload due to current registration restriction" so i assumed they would be left in my FTP logs, but they were pulled out of there.
PT3 does not delete any files, so they will either be in the original HH folder or wherever you have your Processed folder configured to.
The other thing is that most poker sites delete hand history files after a certain amount of time (normally a month by default) so you might want to check what that time is set to.
hmm i'm at a loss then. i checked both folders and they're not in either. it just happened the other night, so i know they weren't instantly deleted. i contacted customer support to see if there was any way i could get them from FTP (no reply after 2 days)
You could try searching your computer for text files with the words Full Tilt in the filename given that's how FTP labels hands. PT3 really doesn't move hands elsewhere so I'm not sure what else to suggest.
