I'm a beginner at HU Limit and been playing sng's lately.
I filtered for the preflop actions due to population tendencies and have a few questions.

My villains are raising 55% from SB, Guess that means i should defend 100% from BB since i have at lesst 30% equity with my worst holdings. Am i right or wrong here or do i need to consider something more before i make this conclusion?

Also, i think i should 3bet everything that has more than 50% equity vs my villains perceived ranges? Like 3bettting 33+, Any A, k7s+, qts+, k9o+, qjo

villains should be opening more than 55%, but if this is the case you should be defending with a tighter range than usual. a typical opening range is (i'm no hu expert and am kinda winging this) q2o, j6o/j3s, t5o/t4s, 95o/94s, 85o/84s, 75o/74s, 64o/63s, 54o/53s, 43s, 32s. and a typical defense range is pretty close to that opening range.

typically i'm 3betting from bb with 66+, a9o/a6s, and any 2 that are 9 or higher (for the most part). it's very opponent dependent though, and not really based on how wide your opponent's opening, but pretty much entirely how he plays post flop. pretty much, you can't plan on going into a hu match with sticking to a default style. after your first 5-10 hands (in which you want to be seeing showdowns) you should be making adjustments and not stopping.

forgot to add 54s, 79s (suited connectors-higher suited 1 gappers) in my 3bet range for balance.

Focus more on how they play post. Eg if they cbet low, call more and thank them for the free cards with ur trash

If they Agro spew, flat hi cards and bluff catch.

If they fold to bets often, 3bet barrel 87s types
