Nice job. Too bad PHo can't pull it's head out. The concept is good but they do such a crappy job of execution, and don't seem interested in making it better, that people don't want to play it.

And we made it to the first break at end of level 4. 12k starting stack and we were down to just 1975 in chips, but, as has been somewhat the theme this trip, we've made a bit of a comeback. Sitting behind 19k now after a couple of steals and doubles.

Got lucky with KJ > AQ (have to admit the lucky ones as well as complain about the bad beats, right?) and won a flip when KQ > 88.

Just lost another decent sized pot. One limper and I bet 3BBs with QQ. Flop is T high, I cbet 65% pot. He calls. Turn another T, I check call 40% pot. River brick and I check fold to his jam. Maybe I got bluffed?

I open for $15 with KK and get 3 callers. Flop is AJ9 rainbow. First guy bets, next raises, I fold, last player jams and one of the other player calls. Set of aces over set over 9s.

So, in terms of taking positives, I just ran KK into AA and got away with only losing $15.

I want to thank you for this reminder, that poker can actually still be fun. Ugly night on the NL cash grind for me, cam here for the feels, found em.

I remember learning O8 and 2-7 TD a couple years ago, but nowhere local spreads them, and clicking buttons on PS ain't all that much fun. But maybe if I set a goal of 2018 WSOP it might be fun again.
