Hey all , its time for our wsop trip and like last year donk dunc and I are going to share a report to post into (we did one last year under watbri2014)

I will be in Vegas June 11th thru 16th ( I am from NorCal, donk dunc will be coming from Melbourne from June 9th thru 23rd)

We try to post as live as we can depending on what we have going on during the trip and we post pics as well. I do very little to no hand history stuff but dunc has and may do so this report

I am the same watbri from Live at the Bike moderating and Stones Live Poker show moderating, so please say hey in Vegas, if you see me during the trip, as I have played on both shows and like to meet many during my WSOP trips over the years. **I am known for having my yellow sub on table

My schedule looks like this: *nothing is concrete since its Vegas and we know during WSOP plans change but most likely will be this below

June 11th- arrive and go to Craftsteak with dunc for nice meal then we degen afterwards playing pai gow and dice and sometimes some poker , maybe meet up with others in town if they are around

June 12th- play the $240 Rio 2p daily tourney and cash game if bust out

June 13th -plan to play the $240 2-7 TD tourney with dunc at Planet Hollywood plus cash game if bust out

June 14th- going to play golf at Coyote Springs outside Vegas with best friend who lives in Vegas and not sure afterwards what plan is yet

June 15th- plan to play cash probably at Encore and meet up with other LATB folks who are in town later that day\night

June 16th - last day , play cash most likely at Rio until I head to airport for home

how do you only have 18 posts lol

36 hours until departure for me, but then another 24 hours travelling. It's worth it though, right?

I'm in town for a couple of weeks, taking the annual shot at glory and again praying I haven't brought blanks. Like watbri says, schedules are loose, but they will definitely include a few tournies, lots of cash games, late night pai gow and craps, and some 2+2 food favourites along the way. And of course Craftsteak which has become a bit of a Watbri and Donk Dunc tradition.

What will be a little different this year is some 2-7 TD. I committed myself to playing something other than just a 2,000+ field WSOP NLHE event this year after once again falling with KK all in pre-flop in 2016 (3 years running). Not sure if the cheeseburger steaks on Pokerstars has best equipped me in this variant, but at least it's a limit event so I'd have to go some to bust out in level 1.

The odd hand history will get a play (more NLHE than 2-7) and I'll try to avoid talking about bad beat stories. And hopefully, there'll be lots of chip porn pics to share too.

And lastly, Watbri - what's with the AA, KK and QQ in the pic? You know I'll crack them with my 5-bet shoved T8 off, right? See you soon mate.

26 hours of travelling over. After a refresh and unpack of the case, I'm met by a 38 person list for $1/$3 and $2/$5 in the Bellagio. Earl of Sandwich and some gentle $1/$2 at Planet Hollywood (with no list) is much more appealing.

First decent hand of the trip.... UTG opens for $10 and I call from UTG +1 with 44. Flop is A23, he cbets $10 and I raise to $31 giving him a chance to fold a big pocket pair if he didn't have the ace. He calls and checks calls $45 on a 5 turn, before check calling a jam on an A river. His AK is no good.
