Hi, I'm moving to LV with a friend in October/Nov but currently need a place stay in Vegas short term. 1-2 month.

Any 2+2er have a room or couch that they'd rent out for cheap? I wouldn't need much. Just a place to sleep while I grind.

Are you and your friend gonna share a couch? You planning to grind a sweet 10¢/20¢ LHE while you're there?

Just spring for a weekly place for $200-$230 a week.

Sorry, but I'm in the BB camp of understanding too. At no point in your first post did you suggest your friend is joining at a later date. Nor does your statement in the 2nd post make much sense.

PS, a 4 yr old knows the value of a dollar, it's 100 cents (but quite apparent you might be a bit short of that).

Why don't you give some more detail of your situation (budget, some personal info) and possibly someone can point you in the right direct to accommodate your needs for a split apartment/hostel/tunnel stay.

I'll break it down for you brah-

-Weekly rental suites.

Not the best choice assuming you have virtually no life roll and/or short 2-5nl roll at best. The area is also likely to be super shady, (yet +ev if you go all Grand Theft Auto on the hookers) so it would be best to deposit your roll at the Aria or whatevs so the inevitable mugging won't bust you.

Or...

- Search CL for month-to-month room rentals.
Better for your perceived budget. Perhaps you'll luck out with a furnished room at a nice price. Try looking for the ads made by perverts for the best deals.


-Rent a storage unit and sleep in it. 50$ a month... major savings for the obv short 2-5 nl roll. Additional benefit of being able to hide dead hookers.

Finally, the tunnels - 0$

This, theoretically, can work for the next couple months. Just buy a sleeping bag / tent combo. Make sure to 'mark your territory' on the tent in front of everyone to keep the neighbors at bay.

Not sure what kind of research you did but you can find month to month furnished rooms on CL for half a buy in at 2/5. But anyways I won't return the favor you did me and troll you all day but I just figured I would give people a character description from first hand experience. Your first sentence says "I'm moving to LV with a friend in October/Nov" at a quick glance most people would take that to mean that the 2 of you are both moving to LV TOGETHER at the same time.

Anyway, since you know the value of a dollar then the best place for you to stay would be either the tunnels or the homeless encampment behind THE hotel at Mandalay Bay.

Ya just do the storage room for $50 a month. I did it for three months. Never took a shower so make sure u load up on body spray and deodorant

Someone that knows the value of a dollar shouldn't be wasting money on body spray and deodorant when you can just jump in the Bellagio fountains to clean off.

Or OP can just be like the homeless guy I saw in the supermarket the other day, I'm looking at the different toothpastes and homeslice grabs a can of AXE and sprays himself down for about 15 seconds. As I look at him incredulously he goes "it's hard livin on the street but at least I'll smell good".
