Where would you go for 1 SPLURGE dinner in Vegas?

I know there is a fine dining thread in here but I'm just too darn lazy to read through that many pages.

I will be in Vegas next weekend for the Ladies Event & want to treat myself to one really nice meal while I'm there. If you were me and didn't mind having dinner by yourself (unless someone wants to take me out! lol j/k), where would you go?

Thanks, Jen

Picasso was the best dinner I've ever had in Las Vegas.

So you were asking for us to spend the time to help you, without you even spending the initial time?

Seriously?

Bouchon Bistro at the Venetian. It's French and while not massively expensive, it's amazingly delicious.

There's a super secret restaurant in Wynn. It's by public restroom marked maintenance. 3 fast knocks, pause' 2 hard pounds. Password butternut squash. They serve panda and Bengal tiger.

Let me tell you where I would NOT go. Joe's for stone crab.

You may think spending several hundred dollars on that stuff is amazing, but on a winning streak I bought $200 worth of stone crab and I was so sick of it by the end.

+1 to the Tiger at the Wynn. If it's not Bengal then you've been ripped off.

I dont know what kinda budget your on. Obv the casino resturaunts charge ridiculous prices. If you want some good italian you can eat at Maggianos in the fashion show mall. I really like it and prices are reasonable.
Everytime I've "splurged" at a nice casino resturaunt. I left feeling kinda ripped off.

On a serious note if there's no budget Joel Robuchon, Twist or Guy Savoy are your best bets.

JR is my favorite, and their 16 tasting menu is truly mind-blowing. Will set you back $1,100 (including tax and tip and drinks) for two. It's worth every penny, but you can really only eat there once a year in my opinion.
