Most of the success I had were with bachelorette parties, groups of girls at bars, and while living in Vegas, basically making contacts with lots of people and going to house parties. Other really good places are at concerts and afterwards (the Joint, Pearl venues especially), since everyone's blood is flowing and people are drunk/on drugs.
During my 3 years in Vegas I could not believe my experiences just being at a video poker bar, starting a random conversation with a girl who is just there for a few minutes (waiting for a friend), and having her ask me out to join her for dinner or go out with friends later. It's a fun town because you really never know what's going to happen, and the entertainment is 24/7.
