I don't think that Leon checks this thread unless he is playing?

But, if so, when you are playing 5 hand multi-line DDB on Ultimate X and get dealt QQ22x do you keep QQ or 22 or QQ22?....the QQ hold would guarantee at least 5 winners...the 22 hold would give a low odds draw at a monster & the QQ22 hold would result in, at least, five 3X multipliers on next hand intstead of just 2X ?

Thanx, SFB

Obv. hold QQ22, ainec.

You didn't even mention the possibilities of one, or more, 12X multipliers on the next pull if the full house hits..

They can't put 99% paytables on Ultimate X, right? So what kind of percentages are considered "full pay"?

Usually the payback tables will mirror non-Ultimate X machines, from my experience.

So a "good" table for Double Double Ultimate X would be 6 - Flush, 9 - Full House.

I rarely find Triple Double Ultimate X machines..though I am sure they are around.

All of the Ultimate X Double Double machines I have seen have the same multiplier values..12X Full House, 10X Flush, 8X Straight, etc. I think those are standard for all Double Double Ultimate X machines, but I could be wrong..

How is that possible? The higher payouts because of the multipliers have be paid for somehow, right? I assumed the extra money came from having a lower percentage paytable.

BTW, Leon, according to the game finder the biggest Orleans VP is $2.

You pay double. If you're playing three line, 25 cent ultimate x, you pay 7.50 per spin instead of 3.75

^THIS^

Sorry, I assumed that everyone knew it is $2.50 a line to get the Ultimate X multipliers, instead of the usual $1.25..

The really dumb thing is I played it for quite awhile, but just forgot, or maybe I never noticed. I just mashed the max bet button.

The real thing to do, at Red Rock or some other place that has a lot of Ultimate X, is search the machines for people who cashed out and left multipliers behind. Each game and denomination can have a unique multiplier. I once saw a 10 play DDB with a screen full of multipliers. I was dealt a pair of aces, sick, but no improvement.

Just to be clear, just bet 5 credits per hand when you spot the multipliers.

Ok now I'm confused. How do you ever quit playing ultimate x without leaving multpliers?

Just the last hand you want to play, just bet 5 credits per. Or quit when they **** you and you have no multipliers.

You only get multipliers if you win something in a hand, iirc.

Unless you are busto, you should never leave an Ultimate X machine if you have anything greater than 2X on any line.

Regarding playing multipliers from a previous player, I am pretty sure after they cash out all the previous multipliers disappear.

I don't believe I have ever started an Ultimate X session and had multipliers left over from a previous player..

Maybe it leaves them if you don't stick your card in?

Even if you cash out, Ultimate X multipliers persist.

There are people who go from Casino to Casino looking for these ..it is hilarious lol but technically a +ev wager.

I've only played ultimate x like, once, so I just don't remember, but is there an option to bet max amount on all lines but not use the ultimate x bonus? Well, now that I think about it, it would tilt me even harder to do that then get dealt a royal and not have multipliers then it would to leave multipliers on there and wonder if would have hit a jackpot with one more hand.

This game is messing with my head.

Yes, you can treat it just like it's a multi line game. Just bet 5 credits per hand.

Basically, don't ****ing play Ultimate X unless you're using multipliers, and only on your last hand, if there are active multipliers, bet 5 credits.

Thank you. That was bugging me so bad I was going to have to drive 3 hours to the casino just to figure that out.

Hey everyone, just seeing these updates now, was out of town for a week with no internet access.

Yes, LOL at the people who try to scavenge leftover multipliers on UX to the point where they go from casino to casino. Sure, it's +EV; so is walking around the street, looking for dropped coins. Most of us have better things to do with our time. Of course, the last hand played should be without the multiplier feature paid for (bc why pay for something you're not going to use). That said, I've turned plenty of losers into even bigger losers this way- "can't get up, need to use up my multipliers" --> feed another bill in --> keep playing, fast forward another 30 min and I'm stuck another G.

Basically, if you know you've got a hard time getting up from a machine, just do whatever it takes to get up, even if it means leaving multipliers in there

Don't take offense. Looking for leftover multipliers is one thing and I'd never turn them down either; acting like it's going to be the key to making tons of money is another (I'm not saying you did this). The few times I've heard people in person talk about it, they act like they've found the secret to beating them game, when honestly, how much could the play really be worth? Is it worth the gas money or time to walk from casino to casino? Plus, the UX scavengers I see in the casino (one gets to recognize them very quickly) typically look disheveled and as if they wouldn't be opposed to smoking a cigarette butt someone else just dropped. So take all of that together, and yes, the thought of dedicating any serious amount of time to looking for leftover multipliers leaves me with a bad taste in my mouth.

Plus, comparing recreational activities to slightly +EV plays like looking for multipliers isn't a good comparison- or are you saying you find looking for multipliers fun, on the order of reading for pleasure, or playing video games?
