Didn't really feel like gambling so I took a break like a smart person. Then however I went back and kept playing which is never a good ide when you're not feeling it. Lost the 2500 I had on me and my $775 profit from earlier

Down another 1100. This isn't ideal. Well that should end the report about gambling. Will post any other potentially **** as it happens

The guy who I'm staying with brought a hooker back to the hotel tonight. I insta called security and had them kicked out of the hotel. I am down a billion dollars (or so it feels) the last thing I wanted to hear was my buddy banging a hooker

I've been thinking and if I had to title this trip I would title it "What Could Have Been". Everything about this trip went close to right but just wrong enough to cause a disaster result.

I had so many chances to really make a lot of money but every time came up just short. I'd have a boat load on the table in craps and we'd 7 out in a spot where one more number would have changed the trip. I'd have a big bet out in a perfect spot in blackjack and I'd make a hand that would have been a trip changer, dealer makes 21. I've got KK pre flop for the chip lead in the WSOP Deepstack, opponent flops a set and I'm out. I make a little bit back, and then I lose my composure and throw that away and more.

Even at the clubs the "What Could Have Been" title is fitting. We met so many girls this trip, danced, talked, etc. But when it got time to get down to business we came up just short in that arena as well. Just everything came up just short from being really really cool.

There were tons of spots on this trip where if one different thing had happened either within my control or out of my control the result of this trip wouldn't have been the biggest loss I've ever taken in this town. I don't mean to whine or make anyone feel sorry for me. For as many of the brutal breaks were from the cards a lot of the breaks were self inflicted too. I need to be better, I need to slow down. The extra variance I create by playing big and fast is what causes these nauseating swings. If I sat there and grinded instead it would be nearly impossible for me to run bad enough to have this piss poor of a final result.

I would say that I've never been so close to so much good and then had variance smack me in the face this hard.

But with all that being said there were some very fun things about this trip. I met some amazing people that with out this trip I never would have met. Bob is one of the nicest, most fun, interesting people I've ever met. He's a great poker player, quality BJ player and all around a fun guy to be around. We had some unforgettable experiences that will make me laugh every time I remember those times. Gabe is a friend of a friend from home and this was his first Vegas trip. He ended up making 10k or so this trip at BJ. He is the complete opposite of me and was able to just grind all night long and consistently book major wins. I'm so glad for that kid that his first trip went so well. Gabe and I went to the UFC fight together and basically spent the whole weekend together and had an awesome time.

Although the result is something I'd rather forget this trip is one that I will always remember. The nights at XS Nightswim, the whore house in Parhump, the UFC fight, the being banned from TI, just so many crazy crazy things.

I hope all of you enjoyed reading and following along on the roller coaster. We ended up crashing and burning but I'll be back, I promise you that. In the past these reports have ended with me talking about how ****ed I am and how I need to quit gambling, I've matured past all that. I'll be fine, I'll go back home, spend some time there and then be back in Vegas for UFC 192 and then start the tourney circuit grind at some point after that. Until then good bye

Well just got 2k back from Vdara. They decided my play of whatever amount it was deserved a comp. Doesn't change much. But an extra $2000 never hurt anyone. My total bill turned out to be $307 for 7 nights at the hotel. I'm not sure if the $307 is resort fees plus tax or if it's just the mini bar and other random drinks and **** I charged to the room

That's in early Sept right? I may sign up for that list to try and get in that game with you on Live at the Bike or at the very least a meet and greet meal here in L.A.

Well I've had a degen couple days. Lost $2000 Sunday morning playing BJ, craps, and roulette. Then lost another $2000 playing Double Deck BJ at a different casino, before winning that $2000 back plus $1000 with my last $6000. So ended Sunday down $1000 or so.

Monday I make a few hundred in the morning playing BJ then go on a terrible run in the afternoon to end up -$875 for the day. I found a very hot deck at double deck though and made that all back. Later in the evening I got another amazing run and made $700 in one shoe.

This morning I degened away $1400 at Spanish 21 before making a journey to the bank and then a different casino. I got $4000 out at the bank and hit the casino and made all that $1400 back plus $75. It was weird the bank only had 3k in hundreds so I had to get $1000 in 20s.

Up a few thousand since I've been back from Vegas. Can't wait to head back down to Vegas again in just a couple weeks for UFC 202

What an eventful few

I started drinking early today and now have that Vegas itch and $9500 in cash at my condo.

Should I hit Vegas tonight for the weekend or no? Only reason no is an option is the fact that flights are minimum $500 for Seattle to Vegas leaving tomorrow coming back Sunday.

If you driving to Bellingham works for you Allegiant still have some $200 return deals this weekend.

Ohhhhh usually that would work perfectly. One of my favorite casinos is half way between Seattle and Bellingham. I just returned my car because my lease was up though so I can't really get up to Bellingham too easily.

TBH I'll probably bite the bullet and pay $450.

It's that damn hackers convention that ****ed the prices
