I found a guy on the internet who is posting video's about his new life in Las Vegas and how he handles it. He is playing many cashgames at different casino's in Vegas. Although it seems to me he is just taking a shot and doesn't have certain goals like improving his game or something like that, he is posting some pretty funny videos and sometime gives us a small inside look about living and surviving in Vegas --> http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Oc3owz_gWBA Apparently he was broke and had to look for a job along with playing poker to survive.

I'm speechless....moves to Vegas with $2,000 roll for $1/2 and the next video I watch he's going to Starbucks twice a day. Wonder why he's broke?!lol

I've heard worse. People will go to Vegas thinking a bankroll of $1k is more than enough. In any case, even if it's a train wreck it should be interesting.

He'll probably make more money off youtube than poker. He should probably just keep making videos and forget about playing again.

I dumped more than 380 @ nugget today playing in that damn tourni and cash game.

I find these vlogs very interesting. I hope he doesnt do anything drastic or regretful.

Reminds me a bit of Kenny Powers. Pretty funny.

Looks like Planet Hollywood is his favorite room (although he does play in other rooms like Venetian). I don't play at PH these days so it's no surprise I haven't seen him.

Also it looks like he has a job now and plays poker when he can.

That guy gave off an incredibly creepy vibe and was so angry at the world. Fortunately I don't get the same feeling watching the videos of this guy.


Edit: Just saw another video from October and he was going to the casino with $300 and buying in for $100. He didn't have more than the $300. But he might have more now because it sounds like he was running well recently.

I met TheTrooper about 8 years ago when he was a regular dealer in an underground game I frequented in Greenville, SC. I consider him a friend and in reality he's a great guy.

His offline persona is a bit different than what you see on YouTube, but the stuff he posts is 100% truthful. Only his delivery is different live...

His decision making process life-wise is far different than mine, but there's definitely a part of me that admires his honestly and risk taking. He's someone that I root for back home to have success out there.

If you ever see him, tell him BadBlood says hello. He has great taste in music. :-)

Good luck to him. I watched a few videos but had to skip forward a bunch bc not much poker. Mostly him rattling on about doing laundry and people driving crazy.

its been going since 2011 and 200+pages....but sounds interesting. not 200+ pages of reading interesting tho...especially since the last pages make it seem like OP is not the most liked person, like a MooreMoney for example.
