thx, sounds like a trip to the wynn is in order...

funny back in july one of the women mgm dealers (who was hot) told me that a lot of the original wynn waitresses got married off quickly as rich guys approached them back when they first opened, years ago.

i just wish the wynn was south/mid strip instead of up north (cab fare via harmon from mgm to wynn is what probably $15 or something each way)

The CET casinos like Caesars, Harrah's, Flamingo, and Bally's have some of the worst waitresses ever. A few hotties mixed in but too many grandmas.

There is a pretty cute cocktail waitress at Aria.... can't remember her name but she used to 'brush' in the poker room and now is a cocktail waitress..... also have seen her in there a couple times playing also.

Actually, none of them have the knock out beautiful type cocktail waitresses that you saw 10 - 15 years ago. All the truly hot girls now work as club or pool hostesses, huge party scenes that really didn't exist 15 years ago.

This just further supports my theory that the main reason cocktail waitresses have gotten uglier over the past 15 years is because the value of the dollar is a lot less. What was the average tip 15 years ago? 1 Dollar. What is the average tip today? 1 Dollar. Hot woman that do not want to strip can make a lot more money these days as a hostess in the big clubs, big party pool scenes.

A number of places do that, they're hired under what is essentially a modeling contract so they can force them to adhere to a particular appearance.

Unions have nothing to do with it. You can't discriminate against your employees for getting old or fat or ugly. Wynn and the others doing it their way found the loophole.
