Todd English PUB at Aria - 12 Days of Christmas Coming Back
 

I'm heading to Vegas in mid December and I'm wondering if they're running a promo like last year. The bar had $1 pints of beers from like Dec 14-25. Do they have any signs up that they are bringing this back? I searched on google and couldn't find anything.

If only there were a thread where people could ask specific questions like this. Also you might want to try google.com or calling them.

According to their Facebook page, the 12 beers of Christmas promo will begin on Dec 13th.

Is this just $1 beers without any other purchase requirements? Was it any good beers last year or just domestic lite beers?

It changed by the day, but it was surprisingly not just the cheap stuff, which is why I asked. Now, they kept running out of whatever was the scheduled beer of the day, so expect it to change almost by the hour. You'd get a PBR one hour, a Mexican beer the next, the Sam Adams winter seasonal the next, etc.

There was no food purchase requirement whatsoever.

I see it on the facebook now, it looks like it will be $2 beers this year. Still a good deal for Aria if they don't have a food minimum.

I love this place. Great beers and great food. I can't wait to be back there in January.

Disappointed I will be there right before they start this. Always enjoy a place to have a good cheap beer. Does anyone know if they still do their deal where your beer is free if you drink it in under 7 seconds? I had heard about it but never tried. Everything I found online was at least a year old.

Not sure if they still do this but I would love to watch people try it

Confirmed still have the 7 second challenge.

They used to have nickel beer night as well but they killed that promo.

Sounds nice might have to actually go here. Walk by it all the time

I got a kick out of "nickel beers." $13 to get beers for a nickel for a limited time. I wouldn't put it passed Chainsaw to complain to T.E. about how that's hardly a savings.

7 second beer challenge is a fun way to get a free beer. 1-0 in my only try but will be there over new years and will be giving it another go. Also happy hour there has half price beers and $1 wings and oysters if I remember right. Pretty awesome imo.

Do they still allow Guinness for the 7 second challenge? For some reason I had thought they stopped allowing it, on account of it being totally the easiest beer to chug.

Is it easier bc it has nitrogen instead of normal air bubbles? Plus it tastes amazing.

Whats the price if I fail?
I normally drink a beer in 8 seconds. This is a little intimidating.

Not as hoppy and carbonated as other beers, goes down much smoother.

I'm pretty sure that IF...... you drank the beer you just PAID for in less than 7 seconds, you get your NEXT one FREE. They aren't giving away FREE beers in Vegas to frat guys that have perfected this party trick.

If, however, you are one of these said frat guys... your beers are now 50% off!!:p PROFIT!

You do get the 7-second beer for free, not the following one. I'm not sure if they have a limit on how many each person is allowed to do, but they didn't say anything about that last time I was there.

There is no purchase necessary for the free beer at Todd English. I am pretty sure they set a limit that is like 4 per hour or something like that I heard but don't know for sure. They did have a problem for a little while with a bunch of local guys just coming in and chugging a bunch of beers.

Then I am in like Flinn. Just need to figure in the cab fare back to Flamingo to see if it is +EV. :D
