I have a friend who knows I have been to Vegas multiple times who wants my help in finding accommodations for a two week family get together for herself and seven other people (three couples and unmarried twin brothers) on or near the strip.

It should be at least three bedrooms and two baths with sleeper sofas in the main living space for the twins. They want a condo with a kitchen as they plan on having a few meals not in a restaurant.

Budget is $5,000 to $7,500, but I have no idea if her budget is realistic as I have tried looking but not doing a very good job. I also don't know if they don't need some place a little bigger.

Finally, just finding a place does not mean it is good so that is also why I am here looking for recommendations.

Any help would be greatly appreciated by her and me.

You won't find many family-type condos on the Strip. You'll probably have better luck looking off-Strip.

That is what I was thinking, but everything they want to do is on the strip so they are not planning on having vehicles which is why they want to be near, or on, the strip.

And they don't want to have multiple condos.

Thats a very tough request. Cliffs on west flamingo has a shuttle. I'm sure some of others do too. I'd contact the timeshare groups and ask them. And then ask for feedback here. Airbnb is another option. But I think friend needs to start dialing.

Look into the Elara. (Former Westgate PH Tower) This should fit your bill, but no clue on price. I've done a two bedroom suite before for bachelor parties. Worked out well. Giant ass wall TV was a nice win for watching the games too.

Check out Hilton Grand Vacations at the Flamingo. I've stayed here a bunch for family trips. It's directly behind the Flamingo (ie. walking distance to strip). We've done lockoff rooms before and I believe it was 3 bedrooms total. Large kitchens, full size fridges, great location.

A few come to mind:

Marriott Grand Chateau

Polo Tower

Jockey Club

Elara

Carriage House (not recommended)

All are on the strip.

Off strip with shuttle. Less than 5 miles. They could just Uber or rent a car.

Tahiti Village (on South Las Vegas Boulevard)

Tahiti Resort

Club Soleil

Worldmark Spencer St

Westgate Flamingo Bay Resort

Your friends will probably have trouble finding a 3br. They exist but there are less of them. Better to get two 2br or a 2br and a 1 br.

You didn't give any dates so I just did a quick search.

Polo Tower 2br
April 28 - May 5 2br $997

The Jockey Club 1br
June 13 - 20 $477

Westgate Flamingo Bay 2br
May 19 - 26 $999

Let me know if you need help or more info
