Don't forget that the severity of the ticket is sometimes linked to how far above the speed limit you're driving, and also whether or not you're also driving recklessly (swerving, lane changing rapidly without a turn signal, etc).

I paid $200 to a lawyer to remove a ticket completely from my record, no fines. I was 22 over, 77 in a 55. Can't remember who it was, but a week after I got the ticket I had a letter in the mail from him.

You're really preparing to pay a ticket because you can't help but speed? How funny will it be when you run over a child because you can't help but speed. This is the dumbest thing i have ever read.
