You guys are going to laugh at this. I managed to somehow lose my ATM plus one of my Credit Cards. I am guessing it has been like 10 years since I lost an ATM card. They are already both canceled. I have a good idea how it happened. I basically need a new wallet. It is stretched out and I have had cards fall out of it into my pocket. I guess it fell out somewhere in my travels.

This is my stop loss ($600 daily) but also my only source of cash. I only brought 1k in cash with me so unfortunately I have had to hit the ATM. I have a new one coming hopefully Friday. I think I am going to be switching banks. If I did not use Capital One I could have had a new card already. They seem to have a Wells Fargo or a Bank of America in most states so that may be the route I go. I basically refuse to use cash advances on my credit cards so I will be taking a break from poker for a few days. This is probably a good thing as I am not leaving town for months and poker will still be here. I had zero plans on playing anything like a 1k this weekend anyways. I think I may explore town and such. I am still waiting on my computers and clothing to arrive but already have groceries and my monthly bus pass.

As far as bankroll goes, I have reassessed things and feel like I need a larger bankroll. Thus I am shifting more funds/cashing in some stock. You people who want to come here and play with 1 to 2k are ****ing nuts. Props to people who do it and survive though.

I'll be back playing tonight. New card arrived already. I have some cleaning up to do around the house. My cousin seems to have really gotten the shaft from his renters. All the carpets in the house are gone. How the hell does someone destroy every piece of carpet in every room? Yes they were watching his cats but it looks like they were locked in a room that noone ever cleaned. Apparently a cleaning crew came in before i got here but hey did a mediocre job at best. They did not touch the cat room. Nor did they even look in obvious places.

I scored an entry to a mega satellite to the M.E. via pokeratlas.com. I think I will play Thursday or Friday. This 7 miles plus a day I have been walking in sweltering heat is sure motivating me to work on getting my license back. If anyone has experience with aa meetings in the area pm me please. Going to buy a decent bike lock so I can use my cousins bike instead of hoofing it. Too bad the 2 + 2 bike is gone lol.

This game got deep and I am all of a sudden the shortstack. About 5k on table. In for 300 and sitting on 200.

Cashed out 607 in for 200 at Bellagio. I had a super fish to my right who I had already stacked once. He then rebought and doubled up to 600. He then seemed to play better. I decided to leave and not spoil my best 1/2 session this week. As soon as I stood up a reg moved his chips there lol. Probably should have stayed but am hungry and tired.

So True. Meetings and quitting drinking are not the same thing though. An attorney told me to go to 100 meetings before even thinking about trying to get my license back. I seldom drink and have had one evening in town where I drank more than two beverages. If I were able to meet up with some Ents in town I would not drink at all. That said I have no problem meeting up with locals, and will probably attend the 2+2 gathering. Poker is more fun when I can talk strat, etc with others.

Gonna stay on strip midweek for two nights since the rooms are dirt cheap. Harrah's is like 35 bucks a night and is perfectly fine. Going to play the Mega Satellite on Thursday and I have comp dollars to cover the rooms. I would rather be clean and refreshed than save a few bucks. Going out to brave the heat and make my way to the strip.

I degened 100 back playing 3 dollar blackjack at Sams Town. I can win flips there but not when I am far ahead at the poker table rofl. The only reason i sat down was I walked by and the table was full of hot Asians and I could not resist. All married of course. I left when this lady with a scooter, an oxygen tank, and a fistful of cigarettes sat down next to me. Its 3/2 bj but its 6 decks autoshuffled so its a bad deal anyways.

Between harrahs and mirage I was in for 325 and cashed out for 550. At harrahs I put a guy all in with kxqd on a kxxddd board. His lead bet was too big for me to think he flopped a made hand. He of course flopped the nuts with a2dd. Went to mirage and bough in for 200 and cashed out for 550 mostly because of three sets with 44 x2 and 22. Standard stuff. Happy 4th.
