Thought I would share this deal w the community. The rate is the same as the poker room rate during the week and is $10 cheaper on Fri and Sat. It also includes a $75 resort credit and requires no hours at Aria if you want to play elsewhere.

memorial day weekend is a bitch

i tried to book room lke 2 weeks ago for 139 but all rooms are simply sold out
luckily i know a girl there that got me booked for fri-tues memorial day weekend

im going to la after then coming back for the 550 plo at venetian and going to most likely book this instead of the venetian for 89 during week cause venetian charges a horribly high priced room "fee" that they refund eventually

EDIT: 150 per night

from their website
"A cash or credit card deposit of $150.00 per night is required upon check in for incidentals and the balance of room and tax for the remainder of your stay"

That really means the deposit 150$ per every night from your credit card?
I was planning to stay there 24 nights...

Looks like a good deal OP, however, it states "Summer Past Guest offer". Is this only for people who have stayed there previously to your knowledge?

I just booked two rooms, $99 for deluxe room and $149 for corner suite. I'm not a past guest.

Just to be safe I used my wife's email and credit card for the second room, in case they say limit 1 room per offer.

Does Aria have a resort fee? And can you use the $75 resort credit at all the restaurants there?

I recently booked Aria using the poker rate and they said no resort fee. Not sure about the resort credit but would assume so.

Imma call em back and see if they can change mine just for the resort credit, I'm only there for weeknights.

Thanks OP, best deal I've seen. I just booked for 4th of July weekend, with no issues at all. Fwiw, they charge your card for the first nights stay to reserve the room.

No resort fee (yet).

Yes, you can use the resort credit at any restaurant. You bill the charges to your room and they apply the credit to those room charges. You can PROBABLY use the credit at any MGM Mirage property (since you can bill to your Aria room from any of those) but I am not sure on that one.

no resort fee for the aria, confirmed by the poker room manager via email:

Thank you for your interest in ARIA Resort and Casino. Yes, we do offer poker rate based qualified hours. I have availability starting May 31st and on. Due to our Holiday Weekend "Memorial Day" our availability is limited. We do not charge for a resort fee and applied tax for the room is 12%.

Our poker rates are $99+tax Sunday through Thursday and $139+tax Friday and Saturday. We are looking for an average of 5 hours of poker play per day - these hours can be accumulated and combined during your stay.
Poker Rates are offered for our Standard Deluxe Rooms - with your request of Non-smoking, smoking, king bed or 2 queens. Hours are tracked with an MGM Mirage Players Club Card - if you do not have one, we will be happy to make

Like 95% of the time you can get those rates (+/- $10) without the poker commitment. Still it's a great backup if you can't get the regular promo rate.

Just got back from Vegas Stayed 2 night at the Aria. $150 a night and a $100 resort credit. It was good pretty much anywhere. Poker Room was very nice and on a Tuesday and Wednesday night they ran 1/3 and had 2- 2/5 tables going. NO Omaha and only 4-8 limit one night. Only played about 8-10 hours of 1/3 and made $950. Put a bad beat on one guy but played tight early and benifitted later of that image. Pool was very nice also.

Likes:
bed and room very nice
poker room very nice
urinals in the men's rooms
Pub
Pool

Dislikes:
$31 breakfast's for just eggs and OJ and Coffee
Techno crap room were you need a MIT degree to operate and some things just didnt work
