Well I was going to head down to Flamingo but apparently the strip is shut down with a shooter situation. They just blew off part of a bus with some sort of a charge to gain entry. I felt it in my room on 39 at Aria. This is nuts.

People being kept confined to the walkways.

Was literally standing in line earlier at the book to bet both Kansas and Xavier. Got bored and decided to skip it. Dodged a bullet and at the same time realized I should never bet college basketball again.

Whittled away some time at the 2/6 game at MC. Lost a little bit but got drunk and had a good time with all of the old man coffees. Snack and back to Aria for some 1/3 potentially after this.

Correct on the basketball.

I got it on NBCSN in the room. Ferrari is looking solid although Mercedes screwed the pooch from a strategy perspective.

I'm getting frustrated with F1. The new cars are wicked looking and faster (which I love) but even MORE dependent on aero. Passing has become a rare thing indeed making qualifying almost more important than the race itself. Not good.

Naturally I'll keep watching

Yep. Nightmare on the basketball this week.

VP has been kinder but not by much. Haven't played a ton of actual poker yet either, but it has basically been a wash thus far and not that interesting (this the lack of updates).

Nothing has really worked this strip. But still having an absolute blast!

I've decided to cool it on the gaming and treat myself to a nice dinner. My wife and I ate here last February, and it was delicious.
