The bankrupt Hooters Hotel and Casino is just about to become bankrupter. 2nd degree chemical burns over 91% of your body sounds like the sorta thing that could be REALLY expensive to settle. Wonder how much liability coverage Hooters has been paying for? However much, it probably isn't enough.

Hooters offered to comp the rest of their stay & $50 to each of the 2 who went to the hospital. Pretty sweet damage control attempt

They said FU & went to a diff hotel.

I'm no LeoDoc, but y'all are underestimating what 2nd degree burns over 90% of one's body will do. If that estimate is really right, probably depending on just how severe the burn really is, that person is going to struggle to survive and is going to spend months in a burn center. Cost of his care alone will likely hit 7 figures.

2nd degree burns are blisters. These guys aren't walking around for a few weeks.
