I keep hearing people say that. Never played in either but surely it's not even close. Much harder to get stacks in 300 bb deep than 150 bb deep.

I've played Wynn 1/3 and Bellagio 2/5 both are 500 max. The Bellagio 2/5 definitely plays way bigger and more aggressive.

Here's an overview from a Saturday night in April.

In general, Tuesday/Wednesday are by far the slowest days of the week for everything in Vegas. On Thursday night, lots of people are already in town for a long weekend and on Monday lots of people are still in town.

I'd say during the rest of the year, the Wynn 2/5 game is extremely nitty. Same goes for the Bellagio 5/10 game.

i've heard that where i live Northwest Indiana is much much softer than Vegas but i guess it depends on the room

My experience from beginning of series to day 3-4 of the Main Event (towards when I stopped and left). playing some 2/5 and 5/10 NL.

3+ tables firing of 5/10 NL everyday at the Aria.

By the time I left. It was 1.5 table of 5/10 and the entire table, was faces I recognized from the beginning of the series. I exchanged theses words with another guy, "You're still here?!?" He responded with, "yeah I extended it by another week, with a sigh and sad face (he clearly wasn't happy with that decision)" based on our table. I was glad to get out of there ASAP and return to my own local casino.

I'm sure it'll pick up though. The poker grinders who live in Vegas has to make a living somehow; it can't be that bad.
