About 6-8 months ago a story circulated the poker room at Crown (Melb/Aus) of a young chick the night before who came to the casino with $200 and ran it to near $3million playing blackjack then moving to baccarat.
She then lost it all playing 200k a hand and cried at the table when it was all gone. Lots of people hovering around tables watching, she played out in the open for most part then played upstairs in the Mahogony room where still plenty of people can rail who are in the room.
I would not bet my life on this story, however at the time of hearing it, it seemed legit
Once in a blue moon something like this is possible, but the Crown in Melbourne is absolutely pathetic for odds for blackjack. In my opinion it's almost criminal.
Autoshuffle only.
Only double a 9,10,11
No re-splitting
Dealer doesn't peak at the hole card
and if you're playing under $50/hand it's "blackjack plus", where dealer pushes on a 22.
Read that last one again. It's absurd, and yet the tables were full. Odds are just so stacked against you that I just find this hard to believe.

"regression to the mean." google it.
It was heads. 10,001 heads in a row. What's your next move?
