I know at Aria you have to email the poker room manager and see if they have the poker rate available for the dates you want. I think you give the manager your info and they set it up, but I can't remember 100%. I think pokeratlas has the info for each room.
is there any hotel that I can book the poker room rates via email?
I am from Europe and due to costs and language barriers I'd prefer email traffic.

I agree with another poster. Get PLO high running regularly and I would definitely stay there again.
