C. Agree that success is in the eye of the beholder. Nothing wrong with car salesman other than they're car salesman.
D. What is this thread about? What is OP's motivation? The real life parts of this thread are where we all have to "get real" and are not poker. But the content revolves around the dream which is poker.
But we all know real poker sucks ass. Calculating and discipline isn't really fun. But it is challenging.
